You ever think to yourself, Why am I the only one that have problems, challenges struggles or issues? Why am I the only one who is facing this challenge or have to deal with this obstacle? You look at how well your family members, friends or coworkers they are doing. You think to yourself they are so blessed, so favored. They never have issues. they always seem to get what they want. They are so happy. They got it all figure out! But You all your life seem feel like you are more challenge or more broken then other people. Well you are not! We all have different burdens to bear. Life Happens to all of us as some point or another and we all experiences both the highs and the lows of trying our best as people trying push forward and put forth efforts to balance life and let go as we need to as well. Here is where our issues lye. It is our assumptions and personal perceptions that leaves us feeling emotional heavy and low about our personal lives and the lives of others and how they may be living. It causes us stress, pain, fear, distress and anxiety which leads us to over thinking, feeling overload or even overwhelm. People who experience these emotions frequently find it hard to be happy and find joy in anything easily. They always search put have difficulty finding peace, contentment or comfort and when they do find it it’s fleeting or self destructive which lead to even more long ten negative consequences or negative thinking which ultimately equals negative life and not to many positive solutions or results. However, there is hope. By training your brain to think more positively and taking healthy behavioral action you can improve your life and feel better mentally and physically. But before I give you the tools to help you get started what I want you to know and to take away from this blog post is that there is no simple solution, know matter how much you search for the answers or seek help from other to help you or provide you with some thoughtful insight it is just that what it is someone’s opinion, research, resources or personal experiences you eventually have to stop searching and find contentment with yourself and do what really works best for you. Let me tell you a quick story, I have a friend at a very young age going to therapy and taking oral medication to help with thoughts, feelings, emotions, behavior and mood. Over the years had experience all types of treatment techniques and intervention some things help temporarily others long term and not at all. Even tried self help resources but nothing was every final or freeing. It was all an ongoing process. The process of excepting who you are and living that person and the reality of what life is currently is for them and working hard to improve and just get better everyday. A pivotal moment was when they where told by the counselor it is okay to feel this way and it is okay to let go and move forward. Sometimes we just need people to hear us and see up and validate us. Sad to say but it’s very natural and can be very nurturing to are growth process. The second pivotal moment was when the counselor was okay sharing some of their own experiences for the sake of helping the client gain better insight and understanding of situations we all experience and showed that person they to can be hopeful, strong and get through it. Seeing someone else share in problems and pain helps us to have sympathy and empathy for one another and says if they can do it and I respect and value their options or perspective I can survive and I can do it to. I can live a life of peace joy happiness and love if I choose and with any situation I to can change my trajectory. Remember we all have something In common we are human mankind and we all Just want to find freedom and feel whole and adequate. Whole, Enough, Confident and bold. Be successful in their endeavors and purposeful in they work. Joy, Peace and more energy and tireless nights of sleep. To be satisfied and complete in purpose in giving and receiving. You can have those things if you drop the negative thinking, negative self talk and negative environment. It’s begins with a choice to make a decision and then take action.

Remember small wins everyday will eventually equally results. Never give up. Keep going and your circumstances will eventually Change. Nothing remains the same. Give yourself credit for hanging in there and fighting through your difficult moments. Remember what I said life is a balance act between both effort and letting go. Healing is ongoing.
